Personal data processed
The information you give in the meeting request form: institution type, institution name, full name, title, e-mail, phone (optional) and your message. No IP address, browser fingerprint or cookie is stored with the form. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held only in server memory to apply a daily submission limit and is never written to disk.
Purpose
To answer your meeting request and to conduct presentation and partnership talks with your institution.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and Article 5(2)(c), as processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract.
Transfers and storage location
Your data is not shared with third parties. Our server is currently hosted by a provider in Germany (Frankfurt), so your data is stored outside Türkiye. We plan to move our infrastructure to a data centre in Türkiye.
Retention
A request record is kept for at most 365 days and is deleted automatically afterwards. If the meeting leads to a contract, related correspondence is kept for as long as the contract requires.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Send requests to info@vespira.app; we reply within 30 days.
